Rev. Di has been in the Science of Mind teaching since the early 1980's. She is one of many alumni of the Huntington Beach Church of Religious Science with the late, Dr. Peggy Bassett. She first took SOM 100 and 200 classes with Dr. Peggy, then finally completed the first year of practitioner with then Asst Minister, Dr Linda Mac Namar, after 4 attempts! The reason being, her life would, " take off", and she'd get so busy and successful as a result of being in the practitioner class, she would have to restart it over four times to finally complete it
After working in the Biomedical Engineering field for over ten years, she pursued a successful career in technical writing. During that time she volunteered, took course work towards becoming a Chemical Dependency Counselor, and interned as a DUI counselor for the National Counsul on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency, independent support groups,and eventually founded and became the Executive Director of the Recovery Guide Communities- Serenity Ranch in Las Vegas, Nev. A 23 bed treatment facility for dully diagnosed clients.
Her other career directions took her to work in Juvenile Corrections for youth with Psychological challanges, as a Psych Tech with children, adolescents , and geriatric patients.
She feels the combination of working in human services, and biomedical engineering, gives her a unique and excellent training backgroud in science and humanism for her ministry, and as a teacher of Science of Mind.
Rev. Di graduated from the RSI ministerial training and became licensed as a Religious Scienc Minister in 2004.
She professes a passion for learning, and has a BA in Religious Studies, a Masters Degree in Spiritual writing and publishing, and is continuing her studies to obtain a PhD next year from Emerson Institute by writing and producing a documentary film.
She is the author of the Prosperity Meditation Handbook, and Magnificent Demonstrations due out summer 2007.
she is also developing a curriculum and workbook on the Prosperity Pioneers of New Thought.
Rev. Di has created the World Peace and World Prosperity Seminars and Retreats, bases on the Law of Attraction, for corporate profit and non profit corporatons to raise the consciousness of everyone to the unlimited possibilities of a world without want or need.
She is also developing curriculum with Dr. Jane E Granskog and Dr Ann Yellott for the Institute for Prosperous Living 's CareerTractm Program which she developed .
Rev. Di is the visionary behind and for the Center for Prosperous Living, and is very grateful for the opportunity to serve and teach the principles of Science of Mind, World Peace and Prosperity and 21st century Spirituality, to the Laguna Beach and Coastal Communities of Southern California and beyond.

History and Background
 Rev Di was first introduce to Religious Science, as were so many people through Rev. Dr.Terry Cole Whitaker's dynamic and popular television Ministry in the 1980's, she later became a voluteer, and then was also mentored by Dr. Terry as she built the Recovery Guide Magazine, in Huntington Beach, Ca.
Dr. terry created the phrase, "Empowering people to empower themselves and others" for Rev. Di's successful magazine,The Recovery Guide, a guide for the 12 step community using the principles of Science of Mind.
